The Ministry of economy and energy (BMWi) also supports in the year 2018 start-ups with their trade fair participation. The companies can participate at 72 international exhibitions within joint booths. Thereby the funding programme addresses young and innovative companies especially from the fields of the industry, crafts and technology-based service industries. The sponsored companies can reckon with a cost absorption of about 60% for their first two fair trade participations.
